Special Instructions for Massachusetts

While Magpie Farms DOES have a permit that allows us to sell direct to the customers, the options available for shipping wine are very limited. It is illegal to ship wine through the US post office, and at this time, due to the ridiculous restrictions and conditions placed upon the shipping companies, neither FedEx, nor UPS are taking shipments that are addressed to consumers.

FedEx will take shipments made to another licensed establishment. DHL will make shipments to MA residents, but ONLY if they are being shipped by Air Freight which is considerably more expensive than Ground.

If you wish to make a purchase shipped to MA, you will need to either choose the DHL shipping options, or, find a store/bar that will be willing to accept delivery of your package.
