A fantastic flavor, clean, and middle sweet.  The oldest vintages were a tiny bit sweeter. A perfect choice for almost any meal, as the taste is not overpowering, and the balance is supurb. 

 Curried Lamb?  Perfect!   Chicken Enchilada?  Perfect!  My Boss Sucks, and I need a Drink? PERFECT!
